●Oral Presentations: Sunday, May 25, 9:00-17:00

Please check the program for each presenter’s presentation number and presentation start time.
Presentations will be 12 minutes long and Q&A sessions will be 3 minutes long (punctuality; changeover time included).
Please connect your own PC to give your presentation.
Only HDMI connection is available, so if you wish to connect via other terminals, please bring your own adapter.
Please make a preview of your presentation on Sunday, May 25, 8:30~9:00 or during breaks.

●Poster Presentation: Saturday, May 24
16:00~16:45: Presentation number Odd core time
16:45~17:30: Presentation number Even core time

Please prepare A0 size (vertical) posters.
Posters can be presented from 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 24 to 12:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 25.
Please remove your poster by 13:00 on Sunday, May 25.

●Please confirm your session in the program.

●Please arrive at the venue at least 10 minutes before your assigned time. You are requested to have a preliminary meeting with the executive committee members and the venue staff.

●The chairperson’s seat is located at the front of the lecture hall.

●Please cooperate in the smooth operation of the conference so that all your oral presentations will be completed within the scheduled time. Oral presentations will be 12 minutes long, and the Q&A session will last 3 minutes. Please note that the 3 minutes for Q&A includes the time for the presenters to take turns. The bell will be rung at 10, 12, and 14 minutes. If there is a delay from the scheduled time, please use the break time to make adjustments.

●If you have trouble connecting to the computer, please try to connect by operating the computer together with the speaker. If the connection cannot be established, a spare computer will be arranged by the Executive Committee member present at the venue.

●If you have any other problems, please consult with the executive committee members present at the venue.
